10 “Healthy” Coping Mechanisms

Navigating modern society ain’t for the faint of heart. Yes, you probably have food, shelter, and all that stuff. But that doesn’t mean you don’t have stress. Given my gift with self-help, I thought I’d share some coping mechanisms that should make you feel good for about 30-60 seconds each.

Always get fries with the cheeseburger.
